I was never a huge fan of vinegar based BBQ sauces, which are very common in the Carolina's.  Then, we had a carry-in at work and I brought several pounds of pulled pork.  Jim, a fellow nurse, brought this in that night.  CHANGED MY MIND!!!!!  This is the most tasty vinegar sauce I have ever tried!  Thanks to Jim for sharing this most excellent recipe!

Jim's Carolina Vinegar Sauce 

1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup White wine vinegar
1/2 cup V8 juice
1/2 cup Honey mustard
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup Onion flakes
1/8 cup Garlic flakes
1/8 cup Brown sugar, dark
3 - 6 tablespoon Red pepper, crushed
1 tablespoon Black pepper
3 teaspoons Salt

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to simmer.

Do not let this boil!

Let cool and store in 1 quart jar in fridge....the longer the better.
