1 Graham cracker crust
1 package Instant Vanilla pudding
8 ounce(s) Heavy cream, whipped
8 ounce(s) Cream cheese
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 large Banana(s)
1/4 cup Chocolate chips, melted
For Graham cracker crust:
Mix together 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar.
Add 2/3 stick of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Mix well and spoon into pie shell.
Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the crust.
You can substitute banana pudding.
Make pudding according to directions. Let chill in refrigerator.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat whipped cream(stiff peaks) and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Remove pudding and line bottom of pie crust.
Place sliced bananas on top.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over top of bananas.
Top this with melted chocolate chips(thinned with some cream).
