Beef Kabobs Satay

1 1/2 pound(s) Beef steak
1 Green onion, minced
1/3 cup Catsup
1/4 cup Soy sauce, light
3 tablespoon(s) Brown sugar, dark
3 tablespoon(s) Lime juice, fresh
1 tablespoon Peanut oil
1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Peanut butter, creamy

Use tenderloin, strip or sirloin for the steak.
Combine all the ingredients except the meat and the peanut butter.
Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes.
Marinate meat for 1-2 hours.
Remove and reserve the marinade.
Thread meat onto skewers. Grill over high heat for 3-5 minutes turning as needed.
Bring reserved marinade to a boil and add the peanut butter.
Serve this sauce with the kabobs.
