Caesar Salad

A very easy version of the classic.  It makes enough to cover about 1 1/2 bunches of Romaine lettuce

1/3 cup Oil
1 clove Garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
dash Sugar
dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan, fresh, grated

Pour all into a shaker and shake, shake, shake!

Feel free to add anchovies onto each individuals salad.
