Let’s move beyond simply melting caramel chunks! Besides, unwrapping all those pieces……who needs it?
1 cup Whipping cream
1 stick Butter, unsalted
1 cup Sugar
Combine whipping cream and butter and heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.
Place sugar in a separate saucepan and heat until sugar melts.
Whisk in the butter/cream mixture and then remove from heat.
Continue whisking until sugar is dissolved.
