Chinese Hot Mustard

This is the same stuff you can buy in the Chinese section of your local supermarket.  It is so easy to make and ultra cheap.  Try it!

1/4 cup Dry mustard
1/4 cup Vinegar, distilled
2 teaspoons Salad oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
pinch Sugar

Heat vinegar in microwave.

Mix in mustard until combined.

Add salt and sugar and then whisk in oil.

Makes about 1/3 cup.
