Cilantro Crusted Pork

1 pound Pork loin
1/2 cup Flour
1 Egg(s), beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan, fresh, grated
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Bread crumbs, fine
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
3 tablespoon(s) Butter
3 tablespoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Soy sauce, dark

Cut loin into 1″ – 2″ thick slices.

Place flour, egg, cilantro and bread crumbs in that order.

Dredge loin slices in that order.

Heat oil in pan and fry breaded pork pieces until golden brown……about 2 1/2 minutes per side.

After cooking all the pork, melt butter in pan. Scrape up any remaining bits.

Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

Pour sauce over pork pieces.
