Citrus Pork

 

2 pound(s) Pork tenderloin(s)
3 large Orange(s) , juiced
2 large Lime(s) , juiced
6 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1/3 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) Oregano, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
2 clove(s) Garlic, finely minced

Extract juice from Oranges and Limes.

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag and add pork.

Marinate overnight. Reserve marinade and boil…this will be used to baste.

Grill tenderloin basting often.
