1 package Coconut gratings
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Almond extract
1 dash Salt
To a large bowl add the package of coconut. Then add the milk until the mixture is moist enough to form into balls.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Drop balls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
