Crawfish Patties

 

2 pound(s) Crawfish meat
5 Egg yolk(s) ,beaten
2/3 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 teaspoon(s) Lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 1/2 cup(s) Bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except crawfish.

Carefully fold in crawfish.

Shape into patties.

Dredge in flour and fry until golden brown.

Serve with Cajun Cream Sauce.
