1/2 cup Orange juice, fresh sqeezed
2 tablespoon(s) Orange juice, frozen concentrate
2 tablespoon(s) Honey
1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Chili sauce
5 drop(s) Chile oil, hot
Marinate the pork for 2 hours or overnight.
Reserve the marinade and mop on pork several times in the first 30 minutes.
Grill or bake until meat temp reaches 145-155º.
Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
