Though I don’t normally buy sirloin, it really is a great cut for marinating. This recipe is great for the sirloin cut of meat. If using sirloin, marinate for several hours or overnight.
6 Steak(s), Sirloin, OR Rib-eye, strips or tenderloins
1 bunch Scalllion(s), minced
2 tablespoon(s) Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
3/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
3/4 cup Mushroom soy sauce
3/4 cup Rice vinegar
3/4 cup Lime juice
3 tablespoon(s) Honey
1 tablespoon Sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
2 tablespoon(s) Sesame oil
Combine all ingredients except the steaks and oils. Season with salt and pepper. Shake well or mix in blender/food proccessor.
Add both oils and shake/blend again.
Marinate steaks for 1 hour at room temperature.
