Molasses Chicken

1 cup Brown sugar, light
2 tablespoon(s) Molasses, dark
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
2 teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black pepper, coarsely ground
2 teaspoon(s) Thyme, dried
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Grill chicken as you normally would.

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until blended.

Let chicken cool slightly and then coat with molasses rub.

Grill or broil over high heat until rub carmelizes…about 5 minutes.
