Mom’s Sloppy Joes

2 pounds Ground beef
1 large Onion(s), diced
14 ounces Ketchup
1 medium Green pepper, diced
2 Celery, stalk(s)
1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Vinegar

Soak meat for about 30 minutes in cold water and then brown.

Add celery and green pepper and brown.

Simmer for 2 hrs.
