Nona’s Meatballs and Meatloaf

This is my Nona’s meatball recipe which she also used for making meatloaf.  When making meatballs, she would simmer these in her homemade Spaghetti Sauce for a couple of hours.

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
1/2 pound Ground pork
4 tablespoons Parsley, dried
3 tablespoons Tapioca
2 Egg(s)
2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
Onion salt
2 strips Bacon

Preheat Oven to 300.
Combine everything.
Place the bacon on top of loaf.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
