Pasta With Shrimp And Basil

1 pound Shrimp, raw, peeled
8 ounce(s) Pasta
1/8 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic, finely minced
28 ounce(s) Tomato(s), diced
1/4 cup White wine, dry
1/8 cup Parsely, fresh
2 teaspoon(s) Basil, dried
3 tablespoon(s) Parsley, fresh, chopped

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes over medium heat…don’t burn it.
Add shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add tomatoes, basil, wine and parsley. Simmer until liquid reduces by half…..about 12-15 minutes.
Prepare pasta and drain.
Add shrimp to skillet and heat through.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
