Roasted Garlic Butter Steak

1 head Garlic, yes the entire head!
1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 Steak(s), your choice

Place the head of garlic in 8 inch square of foil and drizzle with oilve oil.
Seal the foil and cook over indirect heat(or in a low oven) for 30-45 minutes.
Squeeze out the garlic and mash.
Combine with the mustard, butter and Worcestshire sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Season steaks with salt and pepper and grill.  Top with butter just prior to serving.
