Sherry Ginger Pork

4 Pork chop(s)
1/3 cup Sherry, dry
2 tablespoon(s) Soy sauce, light
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Honey
1 Garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients except pork.

Marinate for 1 hour.

Grill and baste with sauce.
