Shrimp Dejohnge

1 1/2 pound(s) Shrimp
1 1/2 cup(s) Cracker crumbs, bacon flavored
2/3 cup Butter, unsalted
2 tablespoon(s) Chives, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground

Be sure to buy any variety of bacon flavored crackers.

Crush them into fine crumbs.

Melt butter and add the chives, garlic and pepper.

Dip shrimp into this butter mixture and then coat with the crumbs.

Place in baking dish.

Add remaining crumbs into the butter mixture.

Pour butter and crumb mixture over top of shrimp.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
