My most favorite meal! I like to find a nice quality NY strip but you can use either tenderloin or ribeye in all the following recipes.
Most of the time a sprinkling of salt, pepper and garlic powder is all that is needed, but occasionally I like to mix things up a bit. That is what these are all about.
I usually grill my steaks over a hot fire made using natural wood or lump charcoal, but now and then a pan fried steak with some homemade Peppercorn Sauce is a nice change. The following are all meant to be grilled. Be sure to check out this link on grilling a great steak.
