1 1/2 pound(s) Ground beef
1 cup Bread crumbs, fine
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 large Egg(s)
1 tablespoon Onion(s), minced
15 ounce(s) Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) Vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
Mix together first six ingredients.
Add half of the tomato sauce, reserving the other half.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
While meatloaf is baking, in a saucepan, combine the other half of the tomato sauce and the remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Remove meatloaf and drain off any fat. Cut into serving size slices.
Pour sauce over top of slices and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
