Tequila Shrimp

1/2 cup Tequila
2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) Lime juice
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Jalapeno peppers, diced
1 teaspoon Coriander
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 1/2 pound(s) Shrimp
Kosher (coarse) salt

Peel and devein the shrimp.

Mix marinade by whisking together.

Marinate shrimp for 30-45 minutes in bag in refrigerator.

Thread shrimp on skewers and salt.

Grill over high heat until shrimp turns opaque…2-4 minutes.
