Drunken Mustard Sauce

Nothin’ better than a little mustard and whiskey!!

1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar, white
1/4 cup Brandy
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Red pepper, crushed
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Honey

In a small saucepan, reduce brandy by half.

Add remaining ingredients except honey and simmer for 30 minutes.

Let cool and add honey.
