Herbed Beef Stew

2 pounds Beef, stew, cut into 1-in. cube
3 cups Water or chicken stock
1 large Onion(s), chopped
2 teaspoons Pepper
2 teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Rosemary, dried
1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
1 teaspoon Basil, dried
1 teaspoon Marjoram
3 Bay leaf(s)
6 ounces Tomato paste
2 cups Potato(s), cubed
2 cups Carrot(s), chopped
1 large Green pepper, diced
10 ounce Corn, frozen
10 ounce Peas, frozen
10 ounce Green beans, frozen
1/2 pound Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
3 medium Tomato(s), fresh, chopped

Brown meat in oil.
Combine all ingredients into dutch oven or slow cooker.
Simmer until tender.
