Mom used to make this long before the world heard about Honey Mustard. We ate it with pretzels but it is also great on sandwiches and many other meats.
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Dry mustard
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix mustard with vinegar and refrig over night.
Bring to room temp and add sugar, flour and salt and pepper.
Refigerate.
